What is a Copyright?

Cinematography Films

This is any visual recording, accompanied or not accompanied by, sound recordings, through the processes of cinematography.

Do I need authorisation to make use of a copyrighted work owned by another person?

What does ‘fair use’ mean?
In India, ‘fair use’ is called ‘fair dealing’ in the act and it lays out the conditions under which unauthorised use would be allowed as ‘fair dealing’.
